Tiny Game Series Vol. 2 Fulfillment Update + New Game Reveal

Hello Tiny Game Enthusiasts!
We have an exciting update to share regarding fulfillment for Tiny Game Series Vol. 2, Dragon Roost, Prowl & Space Potato, along with some news about an upcoming release!
Production for all three games fully completed a few weeks ago, and since then we’ve officially booked ocean freight to our fulfillment hubs. The pallets have already been picked up and loaded onto freighters, and the games are now officially on their way across the world.
Below is the latest information for each fulfillment region, along with a photo from our manufacturer of the completed production run packed up and ready to go!
US Fulfillment
Ocean freight is currently estimated to arrive at port around August 8th. From there, it typically takes about 1–2 weeks for inventory to reach our fulfillment hub.
At the moment, we expect US fulfillment to begin sometime in September, after our game Meerkat Kingdoms is fulfilled.
UK/EU Fulfillment
Freight has also been booked for the UK/EU inventory. The current estimated arrival at port is August 15th. After that, the shipment will need to clear customs before being delivered to our fulfillment partner, Zatu Games.
Once inventory arrives, orders will be processed and added to their fulfillment queue. We’ll have a much clearer estimate once the games are officially checked into their warehouse. We will provide another update once we have that information.
China / Rest of World Fulfillment
Our China fulfillment hub is currently arranging pickup of the necessary inventory directly from the manufacturer so fulfillment preparations can begin.
However, I still need to send some additional inventory from the US to the China fulfillment hub before fulfillment can fully begin for all orders in the region. Once that inventory arrives and orders are processed, fulfillment should begin shortly afterward.
New Game Announcement
Lastly, I wanted to share that we’ve officially opened early ordering for our newest Tiny Game Series release coming to Gen Con 2026: Confusing Lands: Icebound Isles! Order Today
Confusing Lands: Icebound Isles is a fully standalone 1–2 player game, but when combined with the original Confusing Lands, the adventure expands even further.
Combine both games to unlock:

❄️ Longer 2-player gameplay
❄️ Brand-new 3 & 4 player game modes
If you already own Confusing Lands, Icebound Isles takes the experience to an entirely new level with more challenges, more synergies, and more ways to play.
Orders for Icebound Isles will ship almost immediately after purchase. Unfortunately, I’m unable to add this item to the pledge manager at this time, and this offer is currently only available to US and Canadian backers while we wait for inventory to arrive at our international fulfillment hubs. Pledge Manager Update + A New Epic Adventure Awaits!

Hello Tiny Game Enthusiast!
We’re excited to announce that the pledge manager for the Tiny Game Series Vol. 2 campaign is nearly ready to launch!
For those unfamiliar, the pledge manager is where you’ll be able to:
- Provide your shipping information
- Confirm your rewards (Pick the games you want)
- Add additional add-ons or games to your pledge
Once you click into the invite, it will looks something like this.
Before we fully launch the pledge manager to everyone, we will first be running a "Pledge Manager Smoke Test."
This means a small group of backers will receive access early. If you are selected, it is extremely important that you complete your survey as soon as possible. This testing phase helps us identify and fix any small issues before the full launch goes live for all backers.
After a few days of testing and feedback, we’ll send the pledge manager survey out to everyone!
When you receive your survey, please complete it as soon as you can so we can keep production moving smoothly and on schedule.
And for those who have been asking, yes! This is also when you’ll be able to choose which Tiny Games you want if you selected the follow pledge levels:

This is it, the final few hours of the Tiny Game Series Vol. 2 campaign.
I just want to take a moment to say thank you. This has officially become our most successful Tiny Game Series launch to date, and that’s entirely because of you. Your support, feedback, and excitement have meant everything.
In our last update, we asked you to vote on which game would receive an enamel pin, and the results are in: Dragon Roost takes the win!
All backers who pledge at the 1 XL Tiny Game tier or higher will receive this exclusive enamel pin with their order.
(This is holder art for the time being, finalized pin will be shared in future update.)
And a quick reminder:
Every backer who pledges during the Kickstarter campaign will receive the FREE Dragon Miniature as long as Dragon Roost is included in your selection or bundle.

We did it! Thanks to your support, we’ve officially unlocked our latest stretch goal for Dragon Roost! That means an additional Tower Card is being added to the game, giving you even more ways to build, balance, and create the perfect roost for your baby dragons.
